    We are looking for a Front Desk Specialist to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects affiliated with Front Desk operations. Front Desk Specialists responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, group sales, office hours and staff scheduling, owner communication, and reservation auditing. If you have a knack for customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and work experience in the hospitality industry, we’d like to meet you.
