“How to Read Food Labels and Healthy Food Swaps”, is the topic of the program presented by Kim Larson.

The lunch will be either Maurice Salad with Breadstick or Half Veggie Wraps and Chips served with Soda, Coffee or Tea and a Mini Cobbler with Ice Cream for dessert.
