The Accidentals will play OUTSIDE John M. Hall on Wednesday, July 24th at 8pm. If the event is held outdoors, children are free with a paid adult. In case of inclement weather, the event will be located at the Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey. There will be no pre-sale for children – a regular ticket must be purchase to ensure rain location access.
Concertmaster violinist, Savannah Buist and cellist, Katie Larson, met in high school and completed their education at Interlochen Arts Academy. The trio evolved into an all-female band at the beginning of 2023, when drummer Michael Dause passed his sticks to Detroit-native Katelynn Corll. This powerhouse trio played to a sold out audience at the Meijer Gardens last summer.
The band has six albums, three EPs and two live albums under their belt. Several songs have been selected for the big screen, including scoring the indie documentary “One Simple Question” and “Marrow” for the award-winning movie, “Almost Home.” “Michigan and Again” was featured on an episode of “The Boys” on Amazon Prime and “Chekov’s Gun” is the soundtrack for a Turner Classic Movies reel.
