Harbor Springs Sidewalk/Street Sales will be held at 24 local stores Friday and Saturday, August 31 and September 1 (rain or shine, inside and outside), sponsored by the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Sidewalk Sales will be held Downtown, in Fairview Square and Harbor Plaza.
