North Central Michigan College Foundation is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday, May 3, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Sage at Odawa Casino. The event, Dollars for Scholars, will raise money for North Central’s Student Emergency Fund established to help students deal with financial challenges that impede their ability to complete their coursework.
Attendees will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and music. There will be a cash bar. Cost is $20 per person. Reservations are preferred. Call Marsha Tompkins at 231-439-6218.
The mission of the North Central Michigan College Foundation is to initiate philanthropy in partnership with North Central Michigan College and the community in order to provide financial support for the mission and goals of the college.
