The LWVNLM is presenting a public forum on navigating hospice and palliative care in Northern Michigan. Attend in person at the Petoskey Public Library or by ZOOM to learn from experts, Paul Blanchard, MD, Courntey Brinkman, MS, PNP-C from Northstar Palliative Care and Chris Hurley, LPN from McLaren Health Management Group.

A Question and Answer session will be held at the end of the meeting.
