Palette Bistro is putting Napa Valley vineyards to the test with a “Freemark Abbey vs. La Jota Jackson Family Estates” five-course wine dinner, prepared by Daniel Travis, Chef de Cuisine, with featured entrées: Grilled Peach Salad, Seared Scallop, Smoked Duck, Coffee Rubbed Filet and Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake. Special guest, Ted Ross of Jackson Family Estates will guide guests through five perfectly paired wines.
