Community Sing

Singing together releases endorphins and oxytocin, and it increases your vagal tone, too. We'll teach you simple songs you can learn by ear and sing anywhere. Please leave your instruments in their cases for this a capella workshop. Recording devices are welcome and song sheets are provided. All songs will be taught orally with lyrics to guide you.
