Candle Making with In the Stars Candles at Gather - A Festive DIY Studio

Gather is always trying to expand the classes we have and now we get to offer candle making!  Come to the studio on May 27 at 1pm to learn how to make hand poured candles - you will learn everything you need to know to make your own candles!   Heather from In the Stars Candles will be coming up from Traverse City to teach you all about candle making!

From Heather: "As a mom and a pet owner I began to evaluate the chemicals in all of the products I was using in my home and with that In the stars Candles was born. I will guide you through the process of creating natural soy wax candles with cotton wicks in 4oz tins and tealight containers for clean and safe burning candles you can enjoy all year long!   This class will leave you with an understanding of the candle making process from beginning to end and some beautiful candles with the scent, color and glitter finish of your choice!"

The class costs $39 and you will go home with your very own hand made candles!  You will take home one 8oz tin, two 4oz tins, and a 6 pack of tealights!
