2016 "Mozart to Motown" with Motor City Brass Quintet

Acclaimed by Mark Stryker of the Detroit Free Press for its “creative vitality” and “seamless and highly musical performances,” The Motor City Brass Quintet features some of Detroit’s most versatile brass musicians, including members of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Michigan Opera Theatre Orchestra, and Bob Seger’s Silver Bullet Band, making the MCBQ an integral part of the diverse musical culture both in Metropolitan Detroit and across the United States. The MCBQ frequently performs educational programs for school-aged children, as well as more broadly focused programs in a variety of genres in concerts series for audiences of all ages.
